This policy describes how Naciri AI collects, uses and protects personal data, in accordance with law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Naciri AI, a single-member limited liability company (SARL AU) under Moroccan law, with its registered office in Casablanca. Any question regarding personal data may be sent to contact@naciri.ai.

2. Data collected

We collect only the data strictly necessary for the business relationship and the diagnostic:

• identification and contact data (name, role, company, email address, phone);
• data provided voluntarily as part of a diagnostic (workflows, processes, business documents);
• correspondence data (email exchanges).

No data is collected without your knowledge; no data is resold.

3. Purposes

Data is processed to respond to your requests, carry out and document a diagnostic, deliver the agreed services, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Legal basis & CNDP declaration

Processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures, on your consent where required, and on our legal obligations. Our processing is declared to the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP), in accordance with law 09-08.

5. Recipients & processors

Data is accessible to the firm alone. When an execution partner works on a workstream, access is limited to what is strictly necessary, governed by contract and subject to the same confidentiality obligations. No transfer is made outside this framework.

6. Retention

Data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then archived for the applicable legal periods (in particular accounting and tax obligations). Beyond that, it is permanently deleted.

7. Your rights

In accordance with law 09-08, you have a right of access, rectification and objection over your data. You may exercise these rights, or lodge a complaint with the CNDP, at any time.
