Frequently asked questions

The answers before the call.

What most leaders ask us before commissioning a diagnostic.

What is a diagnostic, concretely?

An examination of your real workflows that produces a documented verdict: which use cases deserve an AI investment, which do not, and where to start. It is not a sales demonstration; it is a decision dossier your committee can read and challenge.

How much does it cost?

On request. Every engagement is scoped to your perimeter, your workflows and your objectives. We provide a clear quote before any commitment — no surprise billing.

Do you sell tools or licenses?

No. The firm is paid for the diagnostic and the engagement, never for reselling a tool. A diagnostic may legitimately conclude that no investment is justified.

Is my data protected?

Yes. Every engagement is covered by a confidentiality agreement, our processing is declared to the CNDP under law 09-08, and your data never leaves the declared scope.

How long does a diagnostic take?

On the order of a few weeks between kickoff and delivery of the decision dossier, depending on scope and the availability of your data. This dossier includes a 90-day plan that sequences the first workstream, its cost and the proof threshold before committing further.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. The firm works remotely with SMEs and organizations across the MENA region, Africa and Europe. Workflow observation is done from documents and interviews.

Who actually delivers the engagements?

The founder leads the diagnostic, the scoring, the trade-offs and the client relationship. Specialist execution is orchestrated with a network of partners contracted as needed, with written scope, SLAs and acceptance criteria.
